AUGUST 2026 concentrate their energy entirely on storage. Today, Vaultra operates eight sites (with two more opening in the next few months) and employs approximately 80 people across both site-level and corporate roles. The breadth of their service offering reflects the evolution of the company over the years. Beyond conventional storage units – ranging in size from a 5x5 space to several thousand square feet – they have developed a door-to-door concierge service that meaningfully extends their geographic reach. Storage, Prakash explains, is an inherently geocentric business – customers typically won’t drive more than 20 minutes to a facility, and in urban areas like the GTA, that radius can shrink to just two or three kilometres. The concierge offering sidesteps that limitation entirely. “If you live in Mississauga or Brampton and you’re busy, you can call us, and we’ll come to you with our branded trucks and uniformed employees, pick up your belongings, store them, and bring them back when you need them,” Prakash says. “I don’t think any other storage company offers that specific service in the market right now.” What sets Vaultra apart from competitors goes beyond their service menu. When it comes to safety, security, and the physical quality of their facilities, Vaultra holds themselves to a very high standard. Prakash says they have a simple but effective benchmark they apply to every new site: “My question when I build a building is, ‘Would my mom go to this storage site at 10 PM by herself?’
