Vaultra Storage is a self-storage and moving services company operating across Ontario and British Columbia. Since forming almost 15 years ago, they have grown to an inventory of more than 100,000 storage units, and they have consistently upgraded their service offering. These days, they offer storage units in a variety of styles – including traditional drive-in, indoor, heated, and vehicle storage spaces – as well as moving and driver services. Their comprehensive offering, combined with their customer-focus and industry-leading security, has enabled them to earn the trust of thousands of long-term customers nation-wide. According to Prakash Gunasingham, co-founder and owner of the company, that number is set to grow as the company continues to expand their reach and refine their approach to customer service. “We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, but we’re also constantly looking to expand our footprint with additional locations so we can serve our customers even better,” Prakash says. “We’re definitely not satisfied with where we are. We want to become the best storage provider in the country.” Prakash personally comes from a background in accounting, while his co-founder and partner Shawn Shanmuganathan previously worked as the managing partner at a recruitment and staffing firm. Neither grew up dreaming of opening a storage company, but they were both involved in real estate and they realized the potential of the industry.
