The first is the Public Market at Granville Island – one of Vancouver’s most iconic and beloved landmarks. What began as a roof replacement evolved into a highly coordinated, multidisciplinary project. Rimkus served as the roofing consultant, structural engineer, fall protection specialist, and building sciences advisor, working closely with the project team to address the unique challenges that arose throughout construction.
