Shaun’s background soon became a catalyst for the company’s evolution. While Dale’s roots were in forestry and vegetation management, Shaun brought extensive experience in heavy civil construction — a discipline that has been part of his family for generations. As Northern Alliance Group matured, that civil expertise moved to the forefront of the company’s identity. Today, Northern Alliance Group provides a broad range of civil services, including creek realignments, small tailings raises, equipment rental, excavation, hauling, grading, all-season road construction and more. The scale of the work the company takes on reflects how far it has come.
