Moving forward, Stephen says that their goal is to continue building on that relationship and continue forming long-term partnerships with clients. He adds that the branch’s chapter will be defined by the strength of those partnerships – and not in terms of their headcount. “Some of the clients that we’ve done projects for are asking us about how we can continue to work together and how maybe they can use us as an arrow in their quiver for all of the solutions that they’re offering their clients.” He concludes, “That’s how we’re going to grow at scale – through partnership with like-minded organizations. Those partners are going to support our growth, and we’re going to be able to reciprocally support their growth as well.”
