The sky’s the limit Recently, HummingbirdHill Homes has been involved in several large-scale and exciting projects in both Oakville and Muskoka. In Oakville, for example, their team is currently construction several substantial homes, including one that totals roughly 17,000 square feet with finished basement space. In Muskoka, meanwhile, HummingbirdHill recently handed over a comprehensive estate on one of the Big Three Lakes. The main cottage was about 6,000 square feet – which is the maximum you’re allowed to build up there – and the estate also included a “wellappointed boathouse,” along with a six-car garage, a sport court, and a small sports facility. “That was an incredible estate lot, and it turned out amazing,” Ian says.
