The Construction Source

APRIL 2026 “To be able to complete the whole home with ICF, we were more than excited,” he says. “That was a great opportunity and a great learning experience. The end result was quite impressive and we’re excited to do more projects like it.” That project reflects where North Built is heading. Greg is actively pursuing more high-performance builds and exploring other advanced building methods. He also has no intention of staying exclusively residential. “We’re passionate about high-end homes, but the reality is we will service anybody who’s interested in a quality product,” he says. “We will never say no to an opportunity. We like doing some commercial work too. It keeps things interesting.” Greg’s plan for the next phase is straightforward. He is adding staff, building in-house crews, and positioning North Built to handle more volume without sacrificing quality, timeline, or client experience. The target is two to four custom homes per year with commercial projects filling in between. “In the next decade, we aspire to be the beacon of quality construction in the Lower Mainland,” Greg says, “backed by a skilled crew that cherishes the art of building as much as we do.” If you are looking for a contractor who brings decades of experience across residential and commercial construction, a deep and loyal network of trades and suppliers, and a personal commitment to doing the job right, Greg Steinbichler is that contractor. New clients, new subcontractors, new suppliers, and new vendors are always welcome. North Built is growing, and Greg is looking for the right people to grow with.
