He also has no intention of staying exclusively residential. “We’re passionate about high-end homes, but the reality is we will service anybody who’s interested in a quality product,” he says. “We will never say no to an opportunity. We like doing some commercial work too. It keeps things interesting.” Greg’s plan for the next phase is straightforward. He is adding staff, building in-house crews, and positioning North Built to handle more volume without sacrificing quality, timeline, or client experience.
