If you are deemed competent, that means not only are you ticketed to run the piece of equipment, but your employer has signed off on your ability to do so.” Prime Movers’ new app includes a list of hundreds of competencies and tracks the competencies achieved by each employee. The app also shows employees the competencies they need to reach the next level in the company, which is both useful and motivating.
