Reeba describes the process as “transparent and iterative.” Working together closely from the beginning, she says they were able to align goals, incorporate real-time cost inputs, and proactively address challenges. On all their projects, Graham strives to foster that kind of collaborative environment. Reeba believes that emphasis on collaboration is something that truly sets their company apart. “In this space, there are often clashes between the constructor and the consultant,” she says. “We’re really trying to break that pattern. From the outset, our focus has been on building a transparent, collaborative process. That approach ultimately delivers greater value to the owner and leads to stronger project outcomes”. “When consultants and contractors fight back and forth, that usually ends up increasing the cost of a project,” she adds. “It’s much better to be collaborative and come to a solution together.
