Up for anything Moving forward, RAW Design’s goal is to do more projects of the size and scale and value of The Rhodes – but they also want to do smaller projects, too, as well as projects in other industry sectors. According to Adrienne, “we want to diversify our portfolio as much as possible.” “Multi-residential has its satisfaction and challenges, and we like working on multi-residential because it really does impact the skyline of our city – but we really enjoy doing smaller scale work, too,” she says. “We’ve done a lot of public art installation work. We like retrofit heritage conservation. We’ve done some cottages. We’re working on a lot of interesting things right now. I think we’re up for anything.” As for growing in terms of size and staff, Adrienne says they are considering it. If they choose to grow, she claims they definitely have the room, because they are a “fully hybrid office,” with some team members who work fully remotely from other provinces and even other countries.
