We will do any project happily, but I love projects that have a human component to them, that make a difference in people’s lives. I would love to do more of those.” As for the size of the company, Jonathan says they are currently putting the pieces in place to be able to grow and meet market demands. No matter how big the company grows, however, they always intend to put people first. “When we started, we had our sights set on million dollar projects, and we’ve grown to be doing $20 million projects,” he says. “Now our biggest goal is to grow sustainable. We don’t want to ever lose sight of what’s important, which is providing a good quality project for a fair price to our clients and treating our guys and our sub-trades well.” “We don’t want to grow so fast that we lose sight of taking care of our people and taking care of our clients,” he concludes. “I would say taking care of our people and taking care of our clients is more important to me than growing to be massive company.
