will suffer. You’ll have issues with the guests’ experience.” “So we take a very steadfast approach to choosing partners and products,” he adds. “We make sure the products we use are going to stand the test of time, and we build strong relationships with partners who stand behind their work.” As an example of such a partner, Sameer points to Kohler, with whom they have developed a unique relationship. On their latest project, they have sourced from all across Kohler’s product line – the plumbing fixtures, many of the lighting fixtures, and even the backup generator is all Kohler-supplied. “The reason for that is because we have such a strong relationship with Kohler,” Sameer says. “We have shared values. They’re a family-oriented company. They value good quality and service. If there are ever any issues with their products, they make sure to address them. That’s why we like working with them – and I think a lot of our customers like working with us for the same reasons.” Over the years, Triple One Properties has formed relationships with a number of key suppliers and subcontractors who also share those same values. Other examples include Pentec Energy, Emco, and Mystique Mechanical. Some of those relationships, Sameer says, predate even his involvement. One supplier relationship actually goes back 42 years. “Again, it’s not just about making sure that we get the best price,” he emphasizes. “It’s about the service, the deliverability, and the people. My father always used to say to me, ‘There’s no successful company without successful people.’ People really drive this business.” SEPTEMBER 2025
