Founded in 2023, Ash + Acre Projects is the realization of Cally Ashby’s vision for a residential construction experience that blends professionalism, hands-on management, and client-focused delivery. Drawing on years of experience in project management and program delivery, Cally has built a company that ensures home renovations and new builds are executed with clarity, efficiency, and care, all while simplifying the process for her clients. Cally personally comes from a deep background in project delivery – her credentials include a bachelor’s degree in interior design, PMP designation, and other certifications, and she has spent over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Before forming Ash + Acre, she had project management roles with the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, the TO2015 Pan Am Games, and held senior leadership positions within corporate real estate, working with all levels of government. In her previous roles, Cally developed a unique specialty in business process development. “I really focused on how projects are executed, the processes, the tools, and how to make everything run more efficiently day to day,” she explains. This experience gave her a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and operational sides of construction – knowledge she now brings to each residential project. The idea for Ash + Acre Projects emerged during a renovation project for friends. Leveraging the extensive network of tradespeople and suppliers she had cultivated throughout her career, Cally helped guide the project to a smooth and successful completion.
