The company’s projects range from everyday utility work to large-scale storm recovery efforts, but one recent project stands out as a highlight. Uens was selected by Compass Energy, a multinational company, to construct a 46kV line and switching infrastructure for the Almonte Battery Storage plant. The facility will support renewable generation by feeding stored power back onto the grid. For Mark, winning that contract was both an honor and a challenge. His OCTOBER 2025
