Endless opportunity When it comes to their team in-house, Mussell Crane currently employs nine employees in the shop and several more in the field. Andy describes the culture as “very family oriented,” as well as very much focused on training and skill development. A few of the company’s employees are very longstanding, but they also have some new guys coming in as those original employees near retirement. “We’re making sure that wealth of knowledge from the older gentlemen is being passed on to the new guys, so everybody is on the same page and we can keep the company strong moving forward.” When it comes to vendors and suppliers, Andy says they also enjoy a mix of longstanding and fresher relationships, as they have had to add to their roster to accommodate their growth.
