Since the inception of the CMHC MLI Select program, the majority of their projects have been missing middle purpose built rental developments, consisting of two-to-three story buildings with eight-to-12 units – though the company also continues to execute buildings as small as six units for pre-existing clients, and they can also take on mid-rise to high-rise developments exceeding 100 units.
