Geographically, the company now operates across Ontario – with work reaching from the GTA to Ottawa and Deep River, north to Thunder Bay and Sioux Lookout, and west through Chatham, London, and Sarnia – and also has experience in Vancouver, New Brunswick and Alberta. Their project sizes vary. Since the inception of the CMHC MLI Select program, the majority of their projects have been missing middle purpose built rental developments, consisting of two-to-three story buildings with eight-to-12 units – though the company also continues to execute buildings as small as six units for pre-existing clients, and they can also take on mid-rise to high-rise developments exceeding 100 units. As previously mentioned, The GeoFocus Group is both a developer and a builder, and as a builder they will work on their own developments as well as developments for clients.
