For customers, this approach translates into clarity and confidence. “A standby generator is essentially insurance,” Alex explains. “The job is to provide the most coverage for the least cost. Our role is to give customers a plan and stand behind the product.” Partnerships are critical to delivering this consistency. Genrep has built strong relationships with global suppliers, particularly Hyundai, whose engines play a key role in their offerings.
