Ryan, Kallem and Andrew also intend to keep taking on larger-scale and more complex projects. A recent highlight is a new maintenance facility they did for Maple Leaf Construction, a highprofile Manitoba contractor. That project was valued at close to $3 million and delivered over approximately 18 months. It was completed on time and on budget, and it has already led to several additional contracts – A&B Mechanical hopes to do more projects of that size and scale, and they hope to form more repeat relationships with clients as a result. “We want to move the company forward as best we can,” Kallem concludes. “Again, I feel that we’re in a great position to do that. I feel that the three of us – Andrew, Ryan, and me – each have our own skills that we bring to the table.
