that well-earned industry reputation while also growing the company – as previously mentioned, they intend to double in size within the next five years, which will also mean doubling in manpower. Ryan, Kallem and Andrew also intend to keep taking on larger-scale and more complex projects. A recent highlight is a new maintenance facility they did for Maple Leaf Construction, a highprofile Manitoba contractor. That project was valued at close to $3 million and delivered over approximately 18 months. It was completed on time and on budget, and it has already led to several additional contracts – A&B Mechanical hopes to do more projects of that size and scale, and they hope to form more repeat relationships with clients as a result. “We want to move the company forward as best we can,” Kallem concludes. “Again, I feel that we’re in a great position to do that. I feel that the three of us – Andrew, Ryan, and me – each have our own skills that we bring to the table.
