Looking ahead, Brett and Luke have clear ambitions for the company’s next chapter. Their immediate goal is to expand their renovation division by hiring additional crews, which will create the capacity to take on custom home builds. “We’ve got the systems, the relationships, and the quality dialed in,” Luke notes. “Now it’s about scaling the team so we can take on bigger opportunities without compromising what makes us different.” That difference, Luke reiterates, is not just the quality of their craftsmanship but also the way they make clients feel throughout the process. “We’re not just working on a project – we’re working in someone’s home. We treat it like it’s our own. Every day before we leave, we dust, sweep, and make sure the space is clean. We also respect people’s busy lives and try our best to schedule the work around them.
