Acalla currently employs four people, maintaining a small but capable team that operates with both efficiency and camaraderie. “We want to be resultsdriven, but also family-oriented,” Luke explains. “Everyone has responsibilities outside of work, and we try to respect that.” Weekly team lunches and occasional rounds of golf are part of that rhythm, offering space for the crew to unwind and connect. “Every Friday we make time to step away and do something together – it keeps morale high and reminds us that we’re building something as a team.” While some builders focus heavily on industry awards and recognition, Brett and Luke take a more grounded view. “We respect the awards,” Luke says, “but that’s not what drives us.
