a period when much of the industry slowed down. Looking ahead, Randy envisions continued growth guided by the same principles that have sustained TRI-DYS for almost two decades. Within the next five years, he aims to expand the company’s project capacity into the “tens of millions” range, building larger-scale custom homes while maintaining the same discipline and care. Just as importantly, he wants to develop a leadership structure that allows the business to operate smoothly without his constant on-site presence. “The goal isn’t to become a developer,” he explains. “It’s to build custom homes with the same attention to detail we bring to our renovations – and to have a team that can carry that standard forward.” It’s a vision that balances ambition with authenticity – a reflection of how TRI-DYS has always operated. The company continues to grow, but the foundation remains the same: built on family, strengthened by trust, and driven by a simple commitment to do what they say they will. “I think what really sets us apart,” Randy concludes, “is that we don’t overpromise. We communicate, we follow through, and we take care of the details. That’s how we’ve built this company, and that’s how we’ll keep building it.” NOVEMBER 2025
