A broader commitment: facilities management In response to requests from long-standing clients, Tectonica launched its Facilities Management Division in 2021. Led by Jeff Seneviratne, with support from Michelle, the division draws on Tectonica’s construction expertise to provide high-quality operating and maintenance services across a growing portfolio of commercial, educational, and municipal leased sites – expanding steadily as construction projects transition into long-term operations. The division supports building owners by meeting lease-related operational requirements, optimizing building resources, reducing long-term costs, and enhancing the day-to-day experience of occupants. It represents a natural extension of Tectonica’s relationship-driven approach and the trust clients continue to place in them.
