What they’ve done and what’s next Tectonica continues to deliver a wide range of projects across Vancouver Island. Some of year’s completed projects include the All Access Storage Facility – a 38,000-square-foot development featuring five prefabricated storage buildings and a two-storey office and residential building with 267 climate-controlled units – along with the Ucluelet Medical Centre and the Cowichan Urgent and Primary Care Centre. One of the company’s most meaningful long-term collaborations is with the Uchucklesaht Tribe Government, supporting the multi-year revitalization of the Historic Ehthlateese Village on the Kildonan Inlet. This ongoing work includes new housing, infrastructure upgrades, a Wellness Centre, and renovations to culturally significant spaces.
