Making a connection For much of Paradise Vacation Properties’ history, Chris says that new business has largely come through word of mouth and faceto-face connections. “That personal connection has always been really important to me.” In recent years, however, he admits his approach has had to evolve. “I’ve realized that I need to embrace social media more. There’s a huge opportunity there to connect with new clients and show people what we do. The times have changed, and everyone’s online now, so it’s something I’m focusing more on moving forward.” Even as the company’s outreach expands, Chris’s core philosophy remains rooted in trust and fairness. “I think people choose me because I’m easy to work with. I don’t let stress change how I treat people.
