The company focusing on both custom homes and vacation properties that reflect the natural beauty of the Kawarthas, and their projects typically range from 2,300 to 2,600 square feet, with values between $1 million and $5 million. Each home is built to last, combining thoughtful design with technical precision. Chris’s largest project to date – an ICF home with 10,000-square-feet of living area, situated on 103 acres in Cavan – represents the culmination of years of experience and persistence. “It’s the biggest home I’ve built so far,” Chris says. “We started it during COVID, about three and a half years ago, and faced a lot of challenges with supply chains and availability. But to see it coming together now, especially with the views from the property, is really rewarding.” For Chris, the process of building a Paradise property is deeply personal. “I design most of my homes myself,” he explains. “Then I’ll take them to an architect to make sure everything works the way I envision it. What I love most is when I walk through a finished home and it looks exactly how I pictured it.” That sense of pride carries through long after the project is complete. “I can still drive by homes I built 30 years ago and feel proud knowing they’ve stood the test of time and really fit into their neighborhoods.
