On the construction side, they have a number of exterior and interior remodels ongoing, as well as a few larger projects in preconstruction. On the property management side, they are highly active, with a portfolio of multi-residential properties and a growing number of single-family residences. As both property managers and construction managers, Will and JP believe that ECGI’s recent growth has been a result of their professionalism, their organization, and their high level of customer care. “Those are the most definitive aspects of who we are,” Will says. “We believe that we’re offering those things at a level above what most other companies are offering.
