ECGI Development Group Ltd. is a Toronto-based firm that combines construction management, property management, and development services under one umbrella. The company was formed in January 2024 by long-time friends and collaborators John Paul ‘JP’ Di Giulio and Will Hucker, who come from backgrounds in property management and construction management, respectively. Together with a third partner – Lionel Khoury, who brings a depth of real estate and finance experience to the table – they started ECGI Development Group Ltd. with the vision of working for both themselves and clients, and of delivering high-quality projects across a variety of industry sectors.
