Specializing in ALTRA CIPP technology, FER-PAL rehabilitates aging water infrastructure with minimal excavation— minimizing disruption to the community while adding over 80 years of service life to critical assets. Their focus on high-quality drinking water systems and strong commitment to environmental stewardship aligns seamlessly with Richmond Hill’s vision for sustainable, resilient infrastructure. NAK Design Strategies is another example of a dedicated consultant hired to administer projects such as Bayview Hill Park Revitalization. They are a top urban design and landscape architecture firm with offices across Canada in Toronto, Calgary, and Ottawa. They also have a lot of experience in the public sector and have contributed to some significant public spaces and community master plans across Canada. Their approach to landscape architecture and urban design is focused on contributing to the health and viability of the communities they are working in.
