The Construction Source

MAY 2025 It’s a really nice one.” Some features that make that home remarkable include its clean lines, minimalist aesthetic, and thoughtful use of space. From the carefully curated materials to the innovative architectural elements, every aspect of the home reflects Architectural Dose’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and contemporary design. Each aspect of that home also reflected the unique vision of the client – who Johnny says “loved” the end product. “It ticked all the boxes for them,” he says, “and it’s one of those projects that have led to referrals, which is always really great. I think that’s probably the best indicator a client is happy, if they’re willing to refer their friends and family.” Moving forward, Johnny and Diana aim to continue earning that kind of client satisfaction on every job. They also intend to keep growing. For instance – as previously mentioned – they want to keep expanding geographically and take on projects all across Ontario. They also want to take on bigger projects – Diana says she would love to eventually do some new home builds and some commercial spaces. “I love seeing a project from start to finish, from the foundation all the way through to the finishing touches,” she says. “I’d love to do more of those.” Johnny and Diana also want to keep getting bigger as a company, though they want to do that in a careful way. Diana says it’s important to them that they remain personally involved in every project and involved on a day-to-day basis. “We’re always going to be hands-on,” she says. “We love building relationships with clients – we’re never going to leave that part of what we do behind.” “We’re only going to grow if we can make sure everybody wins,” Johnny adds. “That includes us, our clients, our subtrades, our employees – everyone. That’s our vision. That’s what we’re trying to achieve here. Everything we do has to be aligned with that vision.”
