“So we embarked on this entrepreneurial journey together,” Johnny recalls. That was about three years ago. Since then, Architectural Dose the company has grown and evolved significantly. According to Johnny, their journey “exemplifies how a shared vision, combined with industry experience and entrepreneurial drive, can lead to the growth and transformation of a business within a relatively short span of time.” Currently, most of Architectural Dose’s work takes place in Toronto and the GTA – though they have aspirations to expand across Ontario. In terms of project size or value, their projects can range from modest budgets to high-end luxury investments, and they do everything from small-scale bathroom renovations to large-scale full home renovations. On the real estate side, they are also versatile and adaptable – they are actively involved in selling and leasing condos, catering to clients looking for urban living spaces, while also handling the sales of million-dollar homes. “We cater to a broad spectrum of clients with varying needs and preferences, showcasing our versatility and adaptability within the industry,” Johnny says. “We take on everything,” Diana adds. “I feel like that’s why we have expanded so fast – because we have this wide spectrum of services that we offer.” Architectural Dose’s rapid expansion has also been fuelled by their customer satisfaction.
