Trochu Housing Corporation (THC) is a Canadian not-for-profit organization wholly owned by the Town of Trochu, Alberta, dedicated to the purpose of enhancing the lives of seniors in their community. To that end, they are currently spearheading the development of a 74-unit seniors housing facility valued at approximately $45 million. Finally, on October 15th, 2023, the town successfully received their first Alberta provincial capital grant of $11.5 million from Alberta Health. Another Alberta provincial capital grant of $9.5 million was received from Alberta Seniors, Community and Social Services on December 22, 2023. After nine months of detailed project planning, the project MAY 2025
