When it comes to employees, for example, David says a lot of team members who have been with the company for over five years, with some team members going as far as 17 years. “We have a really great core group of staff,” he says. “Of the people that have been here five-plus years, there’s little turnover. We bring people aboard and if they’re the right fit they tend to stay with us.” David credits that longevity largely to the culture that he and his brother have worked hard to foster.
