He also intends to grow the business, at least a little bit. He doesn’t want to get too big – he wants to remain personally involved in every project and work closely with every client – but he’d like to add at least one more project manager as well a full type administrator, which would allow him to “take a little bit more of a step back and be more of a company owner rather than a company worker.” “I still enjoy visiting the sites, and I still enjoy going and speaking with the clients and working with the clients,” he concludes. “That’s actually what I want to focus on – building those relationships and making sure those relationships are the best they can be.” MARCH 2025
