MARCH 2025 Customers keep coming back A commitment to customer service has always been a part of Paramount Landscaping’s DNA, ever since the company was founded in 2005 by CEO Doug Dolson. According to Jamie, Doug’s vision was to create “a white collar company in a blue-collar world – one that harvests accountability, professionalism, consumer care, and knowledge in an industry that usually pays little attention to these traits.” Jamie personally joined Paramount Landscaping in 2021 in order to help realize that vision. He joined the team after 32 years of working for himself because he saw the company had a lot of potential to grow and become a “bigger, better company.” In his time there, Paramount has continually seized that opportunity. Even throughout the pandemic, when a lot of businesses struggled, they were able to thrive thanks to the dedication and determination of their expert team.
