Some of these projects have included forestry district offices located throughout interior BC, the District and Regional Offices, which were custom designed and built for the Provincial BC Ministries of MOTH and MOFR. These are both LEED buildings and are located behind the court house in Kamloops. Successful projects also require buy-in from subcontractors. One of the most notable upcoming initiatives Plainsman is currently involved in is Genesis Place, a BC Housing project aimed at assisting those on the brink of homelessness. Located in Kamloops, this project is part of a broader effort by the Province of British Columbia to combat homelessness by providing additional housing and support services.
