They recognize that in their industry – and in any construction-related industry – a reputation can be destroyed a lot faster than it can be built. “You can do a million things right, but if you do one thing bad, everybody hears about it,” Brook says. “So, we really strive to keep our customers happy. If something doesn’t go 100 per cent right, we will go back and we will fix the problem and make sure that the customer is happy. I think that really sets us apart – we really do take that extra step to make sure the job is done right and that people are happy when we finish the job.” “And we do have really great staff,” he concludes. “Our clients constantly comment on how great our team is and how much they enjoyed having them on their property. We really do have great people working for us. That goes a long way.
