I’ve done projects for people who live in a town on the other side of the province, and then I’ve met them later at an event in Regina and they usually have really nice things to say about the work we did. That’s very gratifying. It really touches your heart to know you’re serving your province, and the province appreciates it.” Relatedly, Triple A Directional Drilling has also donated their time and services to public causes over the years. They have worked with different churches and non-profit organizations, as well as entities such as the Yorkton Regional High School. According to Vanessa, they recently donated their services to help their football field get lights. “It feels really good to give back to our community,” Vanessa says, “and the community always really appreciates it.” Moving forward, Brook says Triple A Directional Drilling will continue to give back to their community, and they will continue to grow at the steady and sustainable pace they always have. He says the key to that sustainability is taking “small steps.” “You can’t take giant steps because that’s when companies get into trouble. So, we’ve been growing slowly since we started. We started with one machine back in 2008. Over the years, we’ve grown step-by-step, and now we’re up to 11 horizontal drills, and we have one downhole rig, and we’ve got hydrovacs, and plows, and
