their time and resources are respected.” And the relationship with the local client group, Harry says, has been seamless. “I worked closely with the local group at the start of the project to help get things off the ground. They had a clear vision for what they wanted to see in their community, and we collaborated to shape that into a viable project.” “Once everything was in motion, our team took the lead on construction and project management. It’s been a positive working relationship built on trust, and it’s great to see how invested the community is in making Smith Creek Villas a success.” Moving forward, Bridge Road’s goal is to continue working in communities like Dryden and Langenburg all over the country – communities that want them there and where they know their product can make a difference. Within those communities, they want to continue delivering independent living communities, as well as other project types. “We are always looking for communities to partner with that desire to provide housing that allows their seniors to remain in their community, while freeing up housing for young families,” Harry concludes. “We envision continued growth in Northwest Ontario, further west, perhaps into Alberta while continuing to meet the needs of communities in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
