Within those communities, they want to continue delivering independent living communities, as well as other project types. “We are always looking for communities to partner with that desire to provide housing that allows their seniors to remain in their community, while freeing up housing for young families,” Harry concludes. “We envision continued growth in Northwest Ontario, further west, perhaps into Alberta while continuing to meet the needs of communities in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
