This approach extends to how the company interacts with customers. “An email or phone call will never go as far as going and meeting someone in person,” says Eshleen. That personal, faceto-face commitment has earned the company strong respect in the market. They stand behind everything they build, and that accountability has shaped the way clients, trades, and partners interact with the team. Employee culture is another major reason why Panatch Group continues to thrive. The team is small, just 12 employees, united by a familyoriented, hard-working mindset. Many of the staff have been with the company for years, including their long-time project manager who has worked with them for more than two decades. Several are close family friends, and whether it’s rolling up sleeves on a job site or supporting new ideas in the office, the culture is one of mutual respect and shared commitment. “No one here says ‘that’s not part of my job,’” Eshleen explains. “Everyone just gets it done.” If an employee has a passion for a certain aspect of the business, Panatch does its best to support and encourage them. It’s an environment that’s both productive and enjoyable, a place where results matter, but so does people’s experience getting there. Longstanding relationships are also a hallmark of Panatch’s subcontractor and supplier network. “We have a few trades I’ve seen around since I was 10 years old,” says Eshleen. One memorable example is the company’s electrician, who Eshleen remembers seeing on projects while she was still in school. Now, that electrician’s son is on the job too. “As we go through this generational change, a lot of our trades are doing the same,” she says. It’s a full circle moment that underscores the longevity and loyalty surrounding Panatch Group. THE CONSTRUCTION SOURCE CANADA
