Ron personally brings more than 30 years of experience across North America, including leading the development and construction of master-planned communities, high-rise projects, and complex residential portfolios. His career includes senior development roles with ELAD Group, where he oversaw large-scale communities such as Emerald City, delivering roughly 5,000 units across nine towers. He later joined Great Gulf, contributing to several major projects, including years of pre-construction coordination on Forma, an architecturally-significant development in Toronto designed by Frank Gehry. For Ron, joining SUD Group represented an opportunity to return to a more boutique structure – to a company nimble enough to innovate, but with the resources and the land base to scale meaningfully.
