The right people in the right places Moving forward, Sean says that Priority Builders has a lot of room for growth, and a lot of desire to grow – but achieving that growth will require finding the right team members. “The demand is definitely already there,” he says. “We have a fairly long queue of projects. We get a lot of clients who come to us and we have to tell them we won’t be available to start for eight months, or 10 months, or a year. We have a lot of clients who are willing to wait, because they know the quality they’re going to get, but we’d love to be able to reduce those wait times. We just need to make sure we have the right people in the right places first.” In the future, Sean also wants to keep taking on interesting and exciting projects. He says that Priority Builders is already fairly well known for their ability to solve challenges, and he wants to continue DECEMBER 2025
