Embracing the challenge Currently, Spline Group is working on an extremely wide variety of projects in a variety of sectors. Abhi says that comes with some challenges, but he’s grateful for those challenges. “We’re doing everything from retail projects to restaurants to office renovations, to car dealerships, to mid-rise condos, to industrial projects – you name it,” he says. “We have it all going on. We’re blessed to be able to get all these opportunities.” In demonstration of the firm’s versatility, Abhi highlights an upcoming project, a small fertility clinic that includes an operating room. That’s a particularly challenging project for logistical reasons – because of the complexities of the location it’s going to be difficult to get construction equipment on site, which they had to account for in the design.
