As a result of that communication and transparency, Spline Group has been able to form some very loyal and longstanding relationships with clients. Some clients, Abhi says, have been working with Spline since the company began, and he fully expects those relationships to continue for a long time to come. “Obviously, we cannot win all the projects, and they cannot put all their eggs in one basket,” he says. “We realize that, but we want to be their goto engineer whenever possible.” Spline Group has also formed some longstanding and trusted relationships with other project stakeholders, including contractors. Abhi explains that they take a “team approach” on every project, which has proven very effective. “We’re all a team working towards a common goal, which is to deliver a successful project,” he says. “So let’s work as a team. If there are issues that come up on site, let’s work together to figure it out instead of working against each other. Every project, there are going to be some challenges.
