Since their inception in 1963, the Leduc Regional Housing Foundation (LRHF) has steadily grown into a cornerstone of support for individuals and families across Alberta’s Leduc Region. Established to provide safe, affordable housing to those with modest incomes, the foundation now delivers a wide range of housing solutions and services across seven municipalities. It is really important work.” Jill joined the organization in 2022, around the same time as Tony Lovell, LRHF’s Asset Manager. While the timing may have been coincidental, their shared enthusiasm for the foundation’s mission has shaped a pivotal era in their operations. “The people I work with are excellent,” says Tony. “It’s a very open team. Everyone communicates well and works together.” Over the last three years, LRHF has seen significant change – not only in personnel, but in the scale and scope of their services. One of the most impactful changes has come through the Rent Assistance Benefit, a provincial program that allows eligible tenants to rent in the private AUGUST 2025
