A cultural evolution These days, co-elevate’s technical capabilities are wide-ranging. They specialize in complex site development and structural engineering for high-rise and multi-unit residential buildings, longterm care and healthcare facilities, agricultural developments, and northern construction. Their Arctic work is led by three of Canada’s top permafrost engineers and includes specialized foundations and structures. Adam is proud to note that “we even worked on a building used in the production of the Netflix show North of North.” In terms of their team, co-elevate now employs about 35 employees across three offices – in London, St. Thomas, and Kitchener including remote employees in Ottawa and Lethbridge who are looking to grow the brand in these parts. After 35 years in an industrial strip mall location, they moved their headquarters into a heritage property downtown, better reflecting their evolving identity. Their AUGUST 2025
