“It’s really a start to finish process,” she adds. “Even after the client takes possession, they can reach out to us for warranty. We’re not going to shuffle them off to a different person for warranty. They’re still going to talk to their home strategist; they’re not going to get shuffled around. Their home strategist is really there for them throughout the entire process, even after they’ve moved into the home.” Moving forward, Destiny Homes’ goal is to maintain that service approach and to continue forming personal and lasting relationships with clients, even as the company grows and adds staff and takes on more projects. That growth is definitely going to happen, Cori says, largely because it’s needed – Canada is currently suffering from a severe lack of available housing, and Destiny Homes has the ability to help confront that challenge. “By building more RTM homes, we believe we can contribute to helping Canada recover from that housing crisis,” she says. “And maybe we can do even more to help with that – maybe there are different things that we could be doing, maybe there are unexplored areas that we can expand into in order to contribute. We’re exploring those opportunities now and really trying to come up with solutions.” “So we have lots of room for expansion,” she concludes. “We’re looking to take on more projects. We’re looking to bring on more people. We definitely want to get bigger and do more.” AUGUST 2025
