AUGUST 2025 believes their relentless focus on quality is another thing that sets them apart. “We’re CSA-certified and we have a 397-point checklist for quality,” she explains. “Every home gets its own quality control binder, and we do an inspection at every single stage of construction. When the framing is finished, we do an inspection. When the plumbing is finished, we do an inspection. And so on.” Destiny Homes also enjoys close-knit and longstanding relationships with their subcontractors, almost all of whom are locallybased. Cori further credits the company’s consistency of quality to their talent and dedication: “They’ve worked for us for many years,” she says. “Many of them are located just a couple of blocks away from us in our Coaldale industrial area. They’ll send us the same guys every time, so they know the quality that we’re looking for and we know they’ll deliver to our standard.”
