Thirdparty developers will lease and develop individual lots as they are released to market, but UM Properties will always own the underlying lands. UM Properties will also maintain ownership of most of the parklands, as well as all of the roads and the boulevards – that will allow them to ensure a high standard of care is always applied to the natural spaces.
