Growing together These days, Sunrise Kitchens’ projects can vary greatly in size and scope – they are all multifamily projects, but those can range anywhere from 20 units to 500 units. Late last year, for example, they finished a couple high rise projects in the Lower Mainland, each with unit counts between 350 and 400. Moving forward, Paul says those are the kind of projects they expect to focus on. Also moving forward, Paul expects the company to continue expanding. For the next five years, he says their goal and plan is to grow 12 to 15 per cent annually. Again, he expects the Hertco Kitchens acquisition to be very helpful, as it will allow them to broaden their reach and serve a wider customer base.
