These structures offered a different lifestyle experience, catering to individuals who sought a more urban and convenient living environment. Over the years, most of Solico’s work has been concentrated in the Outaouais, Quebec region – though in the near future, they intend to explore some Ontario areas such as Casselman and Kanata. These days, their projects can vary greatly in size and scope, with most current projects containing at least 32 units and some upcoming projects containing a lot more – for example, they have a 10-storey building in development as well as 15-storey building in development, and the latter project is expected to comprise up to 264 units. “We’re definitely increasing the number of units per building,” Jonathan says. “We’re getting bigger.
